Exploring diversity is important to understand what make us different or similar within a group, there are some important factors to take in count like age, religion status, gender, health and physical conditions.

The diversity is present in all aspects of life today; this is a reality that can not be denied. Businesses clear that not exception to this, and we must take the diversity into account as a factor that must be established as important in the workplace.
